American-Made MagnaCut Folder with a Smaller Footprint
The AD22 is the most compact of the MG (machine ground) family from Demko Knives. Yes, it is more compact than the legendary AD20 Compact. The AD22 is the perfect choice for someone who wants a more pocket-friendly EDC choice, but still appreciates the robust performance and craftsmanship of the Demko American made lineups.
History
The American made AD22, while smaller than the rest of the MG family, is no slouch. It maintains its full Demko identity. Like the models that came before it, it started life as a full-custom model. After its debut in 2022, the Demko brothers knew that it soon had to become a production MG model. All of the traditional AD DNA is now injected into a smaller platform. Think of it as the lineup's Bull Terrier; it has all the feisty tenacity of a larger breed but, when the time comes, it is easier to transport and carry than your Mastiff or Great Dane.
Performance
The Shark-Lock provides a confident, hard-working, unrivaled lockup in a fidget-friendly and addictive action. The Shark-Foot blade shape is the ultimate end-all-be-all shape for utility and everyday tasks. The tall grind maintains a slicey geometry, but the reinforced blade thickness keeps the blade strong and capable during strenuous use.
