Returns
Demko Knives offers a 30-day return window on most items.
Conditions
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Item must be in new, unused condition (yes, shaving hair or cutting paper means “used”).
- Item must include all original packaging (box, paperwork, foam, bubble wrap, etc.).
- All USA-Made folding knives come with a 15% restocking fee (damaged and/or defective items excluded and will be handled under warranty).
Shipping Your Returns
Step 1:
Please do not send any returns back to Demko Knives without reaching out for approval first. Email support@demkoknives.com to request a return authorization number (RA#). Write this number on the outside of your package when shipping and follow any instructions given through email.
Step 2:
Package your item for shipping and arrange to send your package to the address provided in the return email instructions.
*Return shipping and shipping insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. If the package does not successfully arrive at the Demko facility, a refund will not be issued.
Inspection
All returned items are inspected. Returns may be refused if they do not meet the qualifications of a return or if the item is used. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange and pay for shipping if they would like the item sent back to them upon a return request being denied. Customers with frequent return rates may be subject to a 20% restocking fee for all returns.
All USA-Made folding knives come with a 15% restocking fee (damaged and/or defective items are excluded and will be treated under the Demko Warranty Policy).
Holiday Return Policy
Returns are not accepted on purchases made between Thanksgiving and the end of the calendar year. Exceptions will be made for items that are received in a damaged or defective condition.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and make it right. Demko Knives is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries, but can work to assist you rectify the issue in select situations.
Exchanges
The best and fastest way to get the item you desire is to purchase the new item in a new transaction. A return and refund of the original item will be handled in a separate return request. Upon inspection of the returned item, the original payment will be refunded back to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your banking records.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your original payment will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunded payments may take up to 10 days to appear in your banking records.
Sales & Discounts Disclaimer
Promotional, sales, or clearance pricing cannot be applied toward past orders. Demko will not accept exchanges of products for the same product at different pricing. Select items are excluded from promotions and offers cannot be combined.
