RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the product. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any after-market modifications to any product will void the return. Demko Knives reserves the right to charge a restocking fee, and or deny any returns to customers making unreasonable, fraudulent, or excessive demands during the return process.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1:
To start a return, you can contact us at support@demkoknives.com. Once we have authorized a return, we will contact you with your return authorization.
Step 2:
Ship your return to the following address. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returns* Please be sure to write your return number (RA) on the package.

*We recommend using a shipping option that provides tracking and insurance when shipping returns to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any transaction that has issues with delivery will be taken up with the carrier by the customer. Demko Knives is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We accept returns up to thirty days from the original purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but we will do our best to work with you if this situation occurs.
